Jameer Nelson is full of shit

Of course you're going to guarantee a Game 5 victory against the Pistons. And, of course, Orlando would lose while Detroit advances to its sixth-straight conference final.

That guy is such an asshole. All he did the entire series was run off at the fucking mouth. Detroit's a bunch of shit-talkers and bullies, he said. Detroit doesn't have it in them, he said. Orlando is the New School, he said. All of that is precisely what it is: garbage. Nelson managed 14 points in last night's loss and still, he had this quote: "We played them tough. If there's anyone in their locker room who didn't think this was tough, they don't know what tough is."

Actually Jameer (nice name, by the way), tough is your team captain and floor general going down with a compromised hamstring and a rookie guard stepping in without missing a beat, while the rest of the team mans up to win the next two games and clinch the series. Tough is being down 3-1 to your team two years ago, and coming back to win the series. Tough, Jameer, is not sitting on your overpaid ass while the postseason continues without you and your team. Dude, you wouldn't know tough if it came up bitch-slapped you.

The Finals will not be easy. Detroit is looking at Cleveland or Boston. Both teams are monolithically hateable. On the one hand, you have KG, Paul Pierce and <shakes head in disgust> Boston Celtic fans. On the other, you have LeBron James and his mom. Should be fun.
